Carrie Diaz is a native of Boulder Colorado and currently resides in Denver. The paintings shown here are a culmination of her passion of the outdoors and her passion as an artist.
"As an artist I get my inspiration from photography. As you look at my work you will see my various painting styles from realism to abstract. I love to work with chalk pastels where I apply the chalk and blend with my fingertips to create beautiful photography moments. I also enjoy watercolor painting and most recently have tried my hand at oil painting."
